Through a mix of personal reflection and applied teaching scenarios, we’re looking for signs of clarity, resilience, adaptability, and your ability to break down complex ideas for others. We're most interested in how you think, reflect, and grow. All responses are live-recorded (video) or written so we can understand how you reason in real time.
