Role Overview: As a Solutions Engineer at Hello Patient you sit at the crucial intersection of engineering and customer success. You will partner directly with healthcare groups to design, develop, and maintain the integrations that let our AI assistant Mia plug seamlessly into each customer’s tech ecosystem - EHRs, practice‑management systems, voice systems, data warehouses, and more. You’ll write production‑grade Python code, advise customers on best‑practice architectures, and serve as their ongoing technical point of contact for anything related to integrations and data flow.
