MeritFirst Accounting Assessment

This assessment is designed for mid-level to senior accounting professionals who are stepping into, or currently operating in, high-impact roles at fast-scaling companies. The questions assess a candidate's ability to translate complex accounting principles and practices for non-finance stakeholders, navigate revenue recognition, assess financial risk, and drive close optimizations. Each question is designed to be answered live via audio recording, giving candidates the opportunity to walk through their thinking in real time. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong GAAP knowledge, practical work experience, and the ability to think cross-functionally and proactively in dynamic settings.
