This assessment is designed to evaluate your ability to operate as a Chief of Staff in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment. You’ll be asked to think through realistic scenarios that one could encounter while in the seat.
The goal is not to see what you’ve memorized, but how you think, structure problems, and create leverage with limited time and resources. We’re especially interested in how you use modern tools—including AI—to bend chaos into clarity.
You can expect a series of questions to answer either via audio/video recordings or in writing.
