Assessment Description:
This assessment is designed for candidates applying to the Head of GTM role at Promise. As Head of GTM, you’ll lead the company’s go-to-market strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. You’ll define playbooks, processes, and metrics that drive predictable growth in complex, regulated markets.
Beyond setting strategy, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling the revenue engine, mentoring cross-functional teams, and aligning Sales, Marketing, and Product around shared growth goals. You’ll shape market positioning, strengthen partnerships, and represent Promise externally - ensuring our mission of expanding access for vulnerable communities is tightly woven into GTM execution.
